Payment
Policy
1. All reservation and rental payments have to be done via Bank transfer
to either Knight Frank Phuket bank account or the landlord bank account.
Details will be provided during the booking.
2. Rental Payment terms:
50% deposit on the reservation
50% - 30 days prior to check in
3. Refund policy:
- 75% if cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date
- 50% if cancellations made more than 15 days but less than 30 days
prior to arrival date
- No refund if cancellations made less than 15 day prior to arrival
date.
4. Refund of the security deposit from the villa owner within 30 days
after check out date and having no damage or no other costs and expenses
incur to the use of the villa.
